HEY CHICAGO! DAAA BEARS played the Vikings in Week 4 at home at Soldier Field, so naturally we were at the Chicago Bears Tailgating Club (CBTC) to talk to some of our friends about what we thought was going to happen.
We had some very big superfans on da show as Bear Misterio for Da Bears gave us his thoughts on Da Defense, Mitch Trubisky, the running game and everything Chicago Bears.
We also had SIR GUNNAR, a Vikings fan, on da show and he gave us a very thoughtful take on his team, his background as a superfan for da Vikings and then a prediction that had the Bears winning... smart guy! He even drank out of a Viking horn... no joke!
Of course we had Timmy from Da Bus on to give some Smackers for da Packers and some final thoughts about how Da Bears are da best team in the league. All of that and a little more on this episode of DAAA PREGAME!

The C60 crew also discusses Jemele Hill's comments about how black athletes should go to predominantly black colleges more instead of the "big name" schools. Ron and Norm give their perspectives about Jamele Hill being called a racist and segregationist and Joe provides some historical context.

Hey Chicago! We had our first ever pregame show we are calling, "DAAA Pregame Show." We were live at the Chicago Bears Tailgating Club (CBTC) at 1720 S Wabash in the South Loop having beers, brats, beef... and beers while we talked a little Chicago Bears.
We had some amazing guests on the show like Charlie Berens from Da Manitowoc Minute, Steve Tate "NFL Owner" from the Green Bay Packers, Bill Flores of Da D Fence Guys, and Tim Shanley, the owner of the CBTC.
We talked some Bears/Packers, some football, we debated cheese curds and Italian beef and had a whole host of laughs. So join in on the fun and listen to the first ever edition of DAAA Pregame Show and come out next time to da CBTC and have a couple two, tree beers with us next time!

Hey Chicago! This week on DA Podcast, Ron Russell rejoins Norm and me and we revisit the minimum wage debate, but this time we focus on what is causing the increase in the "cost of living" and how it affects us citizens of Chicago.
We the shift gears and discuss the "culture of fear" that is casting a cloud over neighborhoods that have large immigrant populations. Are ICE raids happening? If so, how much? Should people actually be afraid? And how does this affect the sanctuary city status that Chicago has declared to the federal government? We discuss.
Lori Lightfoot is doing some great things. We especially like how she is reducing penalties on tickets for non-traffic related violations. Reduced fines and more time is on the horizon. Thanks Mayor Lightfoot!
Northerly Island is undergoing repairs... because the lake messed up the pathway and we would like people to not hurt themselves. We discuss.
